At H.O.M.E. our mission is to advocate, educate, empower, and raise the level of HIV/AIDS awareness to the general public in order to prevent and modify risk behaviors associated with HIV/AIDS transmission. We are a dedicated resource for early detection and intervention comprised of effective outreach initiatives aimed to sustain and promote good health and eradicate associated stigmas relating to HIV infection.
